We care a great deal about what all our patients think of the service and the care we provide. We have been asking patients to provide their email address so that we can send them questionnaires every now again to ask a few questions about the surgery.  If you would like to join this email forum and receive future questionnaires, please email ramillies.surgery@hotmail.co.uk  For the results of the questionnaires so far and any actions agreed, please follow the link to email forum.
Choose well this spring:

There are a number of services available to patients to seek medical advice when the surgery is closed.  Please consider carefully which service is most appropriate for you:

For major accidents ot symptoms of serious illness including chest pain, black out and blood loss - choose the Emergency Department at QA Hospital
For trips and minor injuries, such as minor fractures, cuts and sprains - choose the NHS Minor Injuries Unit at St Mary’s NHS Treatment Centre - they are open every day including all bank holidays from 8am to 9.30pm.
For fevers, infections, persistent symptoms - choose your GP.  For out of hours emergencies call 0300 300 2012.
For tummy upsets, coughs and colds - choose a Pharmacist.  For more information about pharmacies in your area contact NHS Direct.
Unwell?  Unsure where to get help?  For absolutely any questions about your health - choose NHS DIrect on 0845 4647.  Calls cost a maximum of 5p per minute from a BT landline.  Mobiles and other networks may vary.
For minor ailments such as grazes, bruises, indigestion or hangover - choose self care.
By following the advice above, it will help to ensure that everyone is able to access the level of help they need this spring.

Would you like to have more input into your surgery?  We are looking for volunteers to join our patient participation group which is run for the benefit for the patients & the surgery.  For further details please follow the link to patient participation group.
